Job summary

A progressive energy company is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to design and manage their total rewards strategy. In this role, you will enhance employee experience through competitive compensation and benefits programs and drive organizational success. Candidates should have a strong background in compensation and benefits with at least 5 years of experience, excellent analytical skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities
  • Design and administer competitive compensation programs.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for compensation and benefits.
  • Manage costs and budgets for benefit programs.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve total rewards programs.
  • Prepare and present reports on total rewards metrics to executive and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align total rewards strategies with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with employees about the total rewards program.
  • Design and implement employee recognition programs.
  • Lead annual review and job evaluation processes.
  • Monitor and manage internal HRMS systems.
Qualifications
  • Degree/diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
