Food Production Operative
Job summary
A leading food production company in the United Kingdom is seeking dedicated Production Operators to ensure product quality and safety. Candidates will operate food machinery, adhere to safety guidelines, and collaborate with a team. Previous food production experience and knowledge of HACCP principles are advantageous. This position requires attention to detail and flexibility with shifts, offering a 4-on-4-off schedule.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food production or a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices, including HACCP principles.
- Basic maths skills for accurate measurement and calculations.
- Ability to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the production schedule.

- Utilise basic maths skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production metrics.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
