Duties
  • Operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure efficient operation.
  • Adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines to maintain food safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets while maintaining quality control.
  • Utilise basic maths skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production metrics.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
