Job Summary: We are looking for an Account Associate to join our growing team, working with leading clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and health‑IT fields.

Responsibilities
  • Support internal and external communications across all Real Chemistry accounts.
  • Project manage communications materials and coordinate deliverables.
  • Draft content for client materials such as press releases, infographics, and fact sheets.
  • Incorporate client edits and manage document revisions.
  • Support media monitoring, develop and manage media lists, and conduct outreach.
  • Provide research support and liaise with third‑party vendors.
  • Manage timelines and project trackers, ensuring deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and brief managers and clients.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and interest in healthcare marketing through education or experience.
  • Degree in a science subject or in communications/marketing.
  • Good understanding of social media vehicles and ability to draft communications.
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritisation skills, able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Self‑starter who is a team player and enjoys collaboration.
