A global music company is seeking a Royalties Analyst to manage and analyze data related to music royalties. This fully remote role offers ample career progression and is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the music industry and a strong passion for music. - Handle client administration tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor income streams, resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting.
- Calculate and process management commissions in line with agreements.

- Manage and analyse large datasets using business intelligence and data transformation tools, supported by advanced spreadsheet modelling.
- Handle client administration tasks, including registrations, amendments to details, and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor income streams from multiple sources, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collate, track and reconcile incoming financial statements.
- Calculate and process management commissions in line with contractual agreements.
- Undertake ad-hoc analysis and reporting, including financial forecasting, dispute resolution and investigative reviews.
- Provide support with the day-to-day activities of the royalties department, contributing to process improvements and efficiency.
- Minimum 2 years experience in music Royalties
- Power Query / Power BI experience will be advantageous
- Highly numerate with great attention to detail
- A real passion for music and a desire to progress
