Overview

A global music giant has a fantastic opportunity for a Royalties Analyst to join their team. Created due to team expansion this role will take the lead on all things Royalties working alongside the senior leadership team. Offering fully remote working, ample career progression this role is well suited to an Excel Whizz looking to take the next step in their career.

Base pay range
  • 34 - 37k

Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyse large datasets using business intelligence and data transformation tools, supported by advanced spreadsheet modelling.
  • Handle client administration tasks, including registrations, amendments to details, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor income streams from multiple sources, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collate, track and reconcile incoming financial statements.
  • Calculate and process management commissions in line with contractual agreements.
  • Undertake ad-hoc analysis and reporting, including financial forecasting, dispute resolution and investigative reviews.
  • Provide support with the day-to-day activities of the royalties department, contributing to process improvements and efficiency.
The successful candidate
  • Minimum 2 years experience in music Royalties
  • Power Query / Power BI experience will be advantageous
  • Highly numerate with great attention to detail
  • A real passion for music and a desire to progress
