Fractional Leadership Expert (1099 Part-Time)

Sam is the Support Platform for Women. We connect clients with vetted Experts for one hour or less sessions with clear outcomes. We launched in April 2025. Clients book 300+ outcome-based Support Sessions, work with a dedicated Navigator, and follow a personalized Support Plan. We focus on practical, emotional, legal, and financial guidance. We do not provide medical care.

Role

Join Sam's marketplace as an Expert. You bring earned wisdom, evidence-based methods, and defined session outputs. You set your rate and schedule. You work remotely as an independent contractor. Help women-led teams install lightweight systems and leadership practices that drive execution.

Who We're Seeking

• Fractional leaders. COO, CPO, CMO, CRO, CTO, Head of People
• Operators with zero to one or scale up experience in product, growth, or operations
• Builders who can translate strategy into simple, repeatable operating rhythms

What You Will Do

• Partner with Navigators to reflect agreed next steps in the Support Plan
