A leading architectural practice in Liverpool seeks a Project Architect to lead the technical delivery of innovative construction projects, focusing on Modern Methods of Construction. This role offers remote working flexibility and involves coordinating with clients and managing project teams. The ideal candidate will be an ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years of experience and proficiency in Revit.
Exciting opportunity on offer for a Project Architect to join a forward-thinking architectural practice with strong technical ability and a passion for delivering innovative, modern construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and design-focused team working on complex UK and international schemes that embrace Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) including volumetric, panelised, and offsite systems. In this role, as Project Architect, you'll lead the technical delivery of innovative UK and international projects, with a focus on Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). You'll work closely with the senior team to produce Revit-based, construction-ready information and coordinate with clients and consultants. The practice is headquartered in Liverpool, but this role offers remote working for the right candidate. While occasional in-person meetings may be required for team collaboration or project coordination, day-to-day responsibilities can be carried out remotely, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates based across the UK.
