Exciting opportunity on offer for a Project Architect to join a forward-thinking architectural practice with strong technical ability and a passion for delivering innovative, modern construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and design-focused team working on complex UK and international schemes that embrace Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) including volumetric, panelised, and offsite systems. In this role, as Project Architect, you'll lead the technical delivery of innovative UK and international projects, with a focus on Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). You'll work closely with the senior team to produce Revit-based, construction-ready information and coordinate with clients and consultants. The practice is headquartered in Liverpool, but this role offers remote working for the right candidate. While occasional in-person meetings may be required for team collaboration or project coordination, day-to-day responsibilities can be carried out remotely, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates based across the UK.

• Lead projects from early design through to delivery
• Coordinate design teams, consultants, and manufacturers
• Oversee technical delivery using Revit
• Mentor a small team of technicians
• Act as the day-to-day client and consultant liaison

• Fully ARB-registered Architect
• 5+ years post-qualification experience
• Fluency in Revit
• Experience with MMC / offsite construction desirable
• Strong knowledge of DfMA and construction detailing
• Confident team and project coordination skills
• Experience across residential, commercial, or education sectors
