Quality Internet Solutions Ltd
A leading Fintech firm is seeking a VP of Test Engineering for a remote, executive-level role. Responsibilities include driving the Quality Engineering strategy, leading various testing pillars, and establishing quality standards across teams. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in large-scale Quality Engineering functions and expertise in testing and automation. This role offers high visibility at the executive level and aims at fostering quality excellence rather than rapid growth.
Remote - Permanent - EU based (UK Ideally)
A remote, executive-level role responsible for end-to-end Quality Engineering for a large, established Fintech firm. This position holds full accountability for quality strategy, execution, and maturity, with a strong emphasis on capability-building rather than headcount growth.
The role is hands-on and deeply technical, requiring the ability to operate at all levels. From board and executive discussions to detailed technical guidance with senior engineers.
Research indicates that men will apply to a role when they only meet 50-60% of the descriptions, however, when looking at women and other minority groups, they can look for up to a 99% match in order to apply to a role. If you feel you are a fit for our role, please still apply, don’t worry if you don’t tick every single box. We’d still love to hear from you. We encourage underrepresented talent to apply to all our roles & support accessibility needs.
