A leading engineering systems company is seeking a Business Development Manager for a remote role with occasional travel to customers across the UK and internationally. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development within electronics or control systems and is commercially minded. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and upholding the organization's values. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits including a performance-related bonus and a generous car allowance.
£55-60K annual salary, performance related bonus; £6K car allowance or company car + quarterly commission and annual bonus schemes. Pension; 25 days annual leave plus 8 statutory, plus holiday purchase scheme; Permanent, full-time role; Opportunities for growth and progression.
Location: From a remote/home UK base, with visits to our UK HQ and travel to meet with customers across the UK, occasionally into Europe and potentially further afield.
