• Organise and supervise the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and regulations
• Manage resources effectively, including stock, staff, and assets
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and service to standards

Key requirements:

• Provide strategic guidance and manage the team
• Experience in Contract Catering
• Effective communication and motivation skills
• Responsibility for food safety and health & safety procedures
• Regular client communication
• Implement action plans from customer feedback
• Promote the unit and act as a brand ambassador
• Manage stakeholder relationships
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and service
• Identify opportunities for service improvement

• Operate within budget and monitor trends
• Meet customer expectations
