Job summary

A leading sports streaming service in the UK is seeking a Legal Counsel - Technology & Operations to provide legal support for technology-related business activities. Responsibilities include managing legal agreements, delivering business-focused legal advice, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of PQE and a strong understanding of commercial contract principles. This role offers a competitive benefits package and the opportunity for flexible working.

Qualifications

  • Around 2-4 years of PQE in a recognized technology/commercial team, either in private practice or in-house.

  • Provide legal advice to business teams on operational matters.
  • Draft and review legal agreements and ensure compliance.
