The Role

You’ll lead communications across DAZN’s CTO domain, working closely with the Chief Technology Officer, Product, Engineering, Delivery teams and Business partner to align messaging and tell a consistent story about how DAZN builds and evolves its technology platform.

This is a hands‑on, strategic role that blends content creation with campaign management. You’ll craft clear, compelling communications for both internal and external audiences — from leadership presentations and employee updates to blogs, case studies, and event storytelling. You’ll also help raise the visibility of DAZN’s technology leadership externally, positioning DAZN as a recognised innovator in the global sports‑tech space.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Support the CTO and technology leadership in defining and delivering an integrated communications plan that aligns with DAZN’s business and innovation goals.
  • Develop and maintain consistent messaging across Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams, ensuring clarity and alignment across all channels.
  • Translate technical concepts into engaging, easy‑to‑understand narratives for both internal and external audiences.
  • Partner with product and delivery teams to communicate milestones, roadmaps, and transformation progress across global teams.
  • Create high‑quality decks, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership communications, town halls, and industry events.
  • Develop and publish internal communications — newsletters, intranet articles, and announcements — that build awareness of technology initiatives.
  • Support external storytelling around DAZN’s innovation, platform, and partnerships, including blogs, media content, and award submissions.
  • Collaborate with the wider Communications team to ensure message alignment across markets and departments.
  • Track and report on communication engagement, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 4–7 years’ experience in communications, product marketing, or corporate affairs within a technology, media, or digital business.
  • Proven track record managing multi‑stakeholder communication projects from strategy through to delivery.
  • Experience crafting and tailoring content for technical and product‑led audiences.
  • Strong design and presentation skills across PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Understanding of technology, software development, or engineering environments.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a global, fast‑paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the confidence to work directly with senior stakeholders.
