Plexus has another great opportunity with one our long-term client within the Blockchain industry. They are an organisation dedicated to advancing the adoption of emerging technologies, mainly focused on Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

They are looking for an Engineering Lead who will guide the team and contribute to the codebase.

Role:

1. Work with the team to design and implement scalable blockchain solutions.
2. Lead code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements.
4. Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in blockchain development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
