Join a global insurance business committed to protecting what matters most. We’re looking for a Senior War and Terrorism Underwriter to help drive our Marine – Terrorism division forward with expertise, innovation, and a people-first approach.

As a senior member of the team, you'll maintain underwriting policies and procedures, mentor and develop staff, and work cross-functionally with claims, actuarial, product development, and compliance teams. You’ll also champion the War and Terrorism product lines across global markets.

• Lead and support a team of underwriters and support staff
• Develop and implement underwriting strategies and training
• Travel up to 30% globally to foster client and broker relationships
• Collaborate across the global network to meet profit and growth goals

• Deep expertise in wholesale and retail war and terrorism underwriting
• Demonstrated leadership in team building and performance management
• Strong grasp of regulatory, claims, and actuarial functions
• A proactive, energetic approach with a track record of exceeding targets
• Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed and collaborative environment
