A leading recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to learn the full recruitment cycle across GTM roles. You will headhunt candidates, map markets, and maintain talent pools. This position is ideal for recent graduates with strong communication skills who wish to develop their careers within a fast-paced recruitment environment. You will engage with candidates and hiring managers from day one and gain valuable experience.
