This role offers an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and deliver C-level mandates. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR executive search and a relevant network of leaders. Join a collaborative organization and take the next step in your career.
My client, an independent global multi-disciplinary executive search firm based in Central London, requires a Partner to build, develop and lead their Chief People Officer / HR practice.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a successful business with meaningful client relationships in Professional Services, Consumer, Technology and Private Equity built on a track record of successfully delivering C-level mandates. A highly collaborative organisation, the other Partners are well-recognised market leaders with an ambition to grow the firm’s service offering.
You will be a motivated and confident self-starter who can demonstrate a clear track record of success within CPO / HR executive search. You will have good knowledge and a relevant network of Board and C-level leaders across sectors.
With the support of SHREK trained Partners, a dedicated and highly-trained research function and a well-funded and enthusiastic back office, this an opportunity to develop from originating Principal or Consultant into a £1m+ biller.
This an unparalleled opportunity in the London market and I am keen to speak to CPO / HR Executive search professionals who are able, willing and eager to commit to the next exciting step on their career.
