Location: Home Based, with travel across the South

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our Rental Operations Finance team. This is a key role, providing high quality data, financial insight and productive analysis across our Rental Operations services. You will support the Operational team, delivering the insights needed for effective and informed decision making.

This is a fast-paced and varied role, as the Assistant Finance Business Partner is the link between finance and the business. You will provide commercial advice to support decision making, cost control and performance analysis. You will take ownership of the functional cost and revenue budget for yearly forecast.

Ad hoc analysis forms a significant proportion of workload, and the ability to support, influence and challenge the decision-making process within the operations team is an essential attribute.

Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience, plus a company car or car allowance

About You

• AAT qualified or actively studying CIMA / ACCA or an equivalent qualification
• You will have proven experience of an analytical environment and the ability to offer financial insight
• Skilled in stakeholder management, building established relationships with a variety of stakeholders of varying seniority.
• You will have the ability to manage detailed work, while maintaining a bigger picture perspective.
• Previous experience of providing financial support to a multi-site operations function is desirable but not essential.
