Qualifications

• Proven experience in a People / HR Advisory role in a fast-paced, operational setting.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and TUPE processes.
• Confidence in managing ER cases end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers on HR matters.
• Support managers through investigations and hearings.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.
• Manage sickness cases and support employees through TUPE.
