SEND Cover Supervisor
Job summary
A reputable education provider in Dudley is seeking a dedicated SEND Cover Supervisor to support students and uphold teaching standards. The role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for professional development. Ideal candidates should have strong classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering student engagement. This is a full-time position functioning Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Relevant experience in education or related fields is desirable but not essential. Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills are essential.
On-site parking, in-house and national accredited training to enhance professional development, and birthday off!
- Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Ensure students are engaged in pre-set learning activities and support their understanding to achieve the learning objectives.
- Maintain good behaviour and promote an atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Act as a positive role model, setting high expectations for conduct and behaviour.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Able to support and guide students through their learning activities, ensuring they stay on task.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment.
- Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred but not required.
