Job summary
A global manufacturing business based in Halesowen is seeking a customer service administrator to join a vibrant, friendly team. The role involves processing sales orders, managing inquiries, and supporting various departments without being in a call center. Ideal candidates will have customer service or administrative experience, be IT competent, and flexible with working hours. The position offers a salary starting at £28,000 per annum with additional benefits including a discretionary bonus and free parking on-site.
