Senior Marketing Manager – Deepening and Retention

Salary: £76,194 – £89,640

Locations: Chester, Bristol, or Halifax

Hours: Full‑time

Working pattern: Hybrid – at least two days per week in a Bristol office hub.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and mentoring a team of CRO professionals and personalisation managers.
  • Managing the CRO testing roadmap, including A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Collaborating with UX, analytics, product, and marketing teams to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Analysing test results and user behaviour to derive actionable insights.
  • Driving personalisation strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion.
  • Reporting on CRO performance and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading CRO programmes within a digital or e‑commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).
  • Experience with personalisation platforms and strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Knowledge of UX principles.
Interview Process

The interview process for this role will include two stages with a task.
