What you’ll do
You’ll lead the charge in reducing asset failure risk across our mainline operations by introducing cutting-edge maintenance strategies—some of which may be brand new to the rail industry. Your work will directly enhance the reliability, availability, and performance of our DRS vehicles. From analyzing fleet data and identifying trends to driving root cause investigations and implementing preventative measures, you’ll be the go-to expert for technical reliability. You’ll also be a key voice in our reliability forums, presenting insights and influencing decisions that shape the future of our fleet.
