We're on a noble mission to make healthy easy. We think this is one of the most important problems to tackle in our world today. We have global ambitions - no small thinking here.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Logistics Supervisor to lead and optimize our delivery operations. This is a critical, senior-level position for someone who has a proven track record in managing last-mile logistics, leading driver teams, and scaling operational systems to support business growth.

You will be responsible for ensuring our logistics network operates at maximum efficiency, while maintaining excellent service levels. This includes overseeing our fleet of drivers, implementing and improving delivery systems, and supporting expansion into new cities and regional hubs.

Operations & System Efficiency

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve logistics systems to ensure timely, cost-effective, and reliable deliveries
  • Optimize routing, fleet usage, and delivery schedules using data-driven insights and logistics software/tools
  • Monitor key logistics KPIs (OTD, cost per delivery, efficiency ratios) and proactively identify areas for improvement

Scaling & Expansion

  • Lead the expansion of logistics operations into new cities or regions, including the setup of distribution hubs and hiring local delivery teams
  • Develop scalable systems and SOPs to support multi-location delivery networks and growth into new markets

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with any third-party logistics providers, courier partners, or vehicle leasing firms
  • Oversee vehicle procurement, maintenance schedules, and compliance with all safety and transport regulations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Tech, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless logistics integration and excellent customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for the logistics function

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics or delivery management, ideally within fast-paced environments such as food delivery, e-commerce, DTC, or urban logistics
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale logistics operations, including setting up new delivery zones or regional hubs
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Knowledge & Competency

  • Solid understanding of last-mile delivery challenges and logistics technologies (routing, dispatch systems, fleet management)
  • Good knowledge of UK food safety regulations and standards is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable using data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient with office productivity tools (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)

Personality

  • Strong leadership skills with hands-on experience managing driver teams and/or field-based staff
  • Leads with empathy and a commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
