A leading global real estate services firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Growth & Transformation Officer, CFO, and HR Director. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience managing multiple priorities, and discretion in handling confidential matters. Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Growth & Transformation Officer (CGTO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and HR Director. This role is pivotal in enabling the effective operation of three senior executives through proactive diary and inbox management, coordinating travel and events, supporting meetings, and acting as a key liaison point across internal and external stakeholders.
