You will plan, deliver, and evaluate impactful face-to-face campaigns that not only inspire supporters but also boost income growth. Candidates should have experience in fundraising and project management, along with strong organisational and analytical skills. This role provides a supportive team environment with ample opportunities for career growth.
Face‑to‑face Fundraising Executive, you will manage the planning, delivery and evaluation of face‑to‑face fundraising campaigns, helping us deliver our marketing and fundraising strategy. Your efforts will ensure our face‑to‑face campaigns are well‑integrated, impactful and timely.
In this busy but rewarding role you’ll engage the public through face‑to‑face campaigns. You’ll plan, deliver and evaluate compliant, insight‑led face‑to‑face campaigns to enable us to deliver our acquisition strategy. You’ll deliver these campaigns to schedule, to budget and to a high standard, inspiring people to give regularly to us and driving income growth. You’ll work collaboratively across directorates (and liaise with external agencies/suppliers) on fundraiser engagement and new initiatives.
Monitoring and analysis will be another key aspect of your role. You’ll regularly monitor, communicate and document key performance indicators to track performance and keep key stakeholders updated. You’ll provide commentary to accompany results reporting, drawing on insights and the wider picture to add context. You’ll make recommendations from your analysis; maximising net income and improving engagement. On occasion, you’ll provide assistance and coordination to help deliver effective emergency fundraising.
You’ll be working as part of a massive, global organisation that responds to emergencies to save lives and support livelihoods. We’re a motivated team with some big goals, so you’ll be busy. But we’re also a kind, helpful bunch of people, so you’ll find support all around you.
