Key Details

Basic Salary: £25,837.50 per annum, plus uncapped commission!

Commission: Earn up to £1,400 per month!

Location: Kingston upon Thames, KT2 6LZ(hybrid working option available post-probation)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (no weekends!)

Contract Duration: Permanent, full-time(37.5 hours per week)

Training: 2 weeks (fully paid)

What will I be doing?

As a Direct Sales Advisor with Foundever® and Constant Contact, you’ll be the driving force behind helping small businesses across the country thrive. Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects, turning warm leads into happy, paying customers
  • Inspire and coach small business owners, showing them how Constant Contact’s powerful, ever-growing suite of email marketing tools can transform their growth
  • Conduct thoughtful needs analysis conversations to truly understand each prospect’s marketing challenges and goals
  • Recommend the perfect solutions tailored to their business and confidently close new sales every single day

You’ll spend your days on the phone empowering entrepreneurs, solving real problems with best-in‑class online marketing tools, and celebrating your wins as you earn uncapped commission, all while enjoying the buzz of a start‑up atmosphere backed by the stability of a global organisation.
