As Marketing Manager you’ll lead a talented and motivated team to plan and deliver impactful multi‑channel campaigns that boost customer engagement, brand awareness and sales performance. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy across both online and offline channels ensuring that every campaign connects meaningfully with the desired audiences.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll oversee planning, delivery and analysis while guiding creative execution and managing substantial budgets. It suits someone commercially minded, creative and data‑driven in equal measure.
You’ll be an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in delivering integrated results‑focused campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll combine creative thinking with strong commercial awareness able to interpret insight and data into effective strategies that drive engagement and sales.
You’ll be confident leading others, managing budgets and working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment. Experience within complex multi‑service organisations or membership‑led businesses would be advantageous.
Hybrid working: three days a week in the Ipswich office, two from home.
