Are you someone who thrives in a creative yet structured environment and enjoys delivering impactful, high‑quality campaigns?

Our client, a respected financial services firm, is seeking a Digital Marketing and Content Specialist to join their Marketing team on a full‑time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Events Manager, you will help shape the company’s online presence through engaging content, effective campaigns, and data‑led insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and publish website articles, blogs, social posts, and email campaigns.
  • Design and edit visual content using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Produce and edit podcast and video content.
  • Monitor performance metrics and produce regular marketing reports.
  • Ensure brand consistency and regulatory alignment across all digital output.
  • Support data visualisation using Power BI.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or multimedia production.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident using email marketing platforms, Office 365, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms (such as WordPress), and basic data analysis.
  • Understanding of GDPR and FCA Consumer Duty requirements.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Creative, proactive, and organised.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Professional, adaptable, and committed to high standards.
Additional Information
  • Office‑based, Monday to Friday in Henley on Thames or Witney.
  • Salary £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.
  • Non‑contractual bonus, phantom share scheme, and pension contribution after 3 months.
  • Private medical scheme, salary sacrifice options, dental cover, and life assurance.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 27 after 5 years.
