Property Marketing Assistant North London

About the Role

Our client is an established and award‑winning estate agency with a strong London presence, seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a design‑savvy, digitally skilled professional to help elevate our brand through engaging visuals, social media presence, and impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
  • Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, property flyers, social posts, window displays, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Support the creation of property listings and presentation materials for both online and offline platforms.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Manage and grow the agents presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X).
  • Plan and schedule engaging content that reflects our brand tone and promotes key property listings and achievements.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest ways to improve audience reach and brand visibility.
Video Production & Editing
  • Film and edit property tours, team features, and promotional videos for digital use.
  • Create short‑form, high‑impact videos tailored for social media (Reels, Shorts, and TikToks).
  • Collaborate with sales and lettings teams to produce client‑facing and in‑house video content.
Marketing Support
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Support events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Work closely with senior management to deliver consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or digital media—ideally within the property or creative industries.
  • Excellent design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
  • Confident video editing and production skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organised, creative, and able to work independently and to deadlines.
Desirable
  • Experience in photography, animation, or motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or property platforms (e.g., Reapit).
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (Facebook Ads / Google Ads).
Salary and Hours
  • Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 (based on experience).
  • Hours: 9am – 5pm.
