What You'll Be Doing
  • Owning and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, social, digital, print, events)
  • Creating standout content—blogs, newsletters, press releases, internal updates
  • Delivering targeted events, webinars, and exhibitions that engage and convert
  • Driving internal comms to boost employee engagement and culture
  • Partnering with Sales and Compliance to ensure marketing is sharp and compliant
  • Managing external agencies to deliver top-tier creative and digital assets
  • Reporting on campaign performance and driving ROI improvements
  • Segmenting and nurturing CRM databases for smarter marketing
  • Championing brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory shifts
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in a similar marketing role (B2B / financial services ideal)
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar (CIM a bonus)
  • Proven campaign planning and execution chops
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • CRM and email marketing platform experience
  • Confident communicator and stakeholder manager
  • Organised, creative, and cool under pressure
