This full-time position offers a salary up to £41,000, door-to-door travel paid, and a supportive team environment with opportunities for training and progression. Are you an experienced Electrician looking for a role with true autonomy, variety, and a unique working environment? We’re recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to support three high‑profile leisure and events sites, including venues known for major race days and nationwide hospitality events.
- Salary up to £41,000
- Door‑to‑door travel paid
- Call‑out rota (details TBC)
- Company van with personal use + fuel card
- Work across three prestigious South West sites
- Around 18 event days per year, covered on a rota
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Training & funded qualifications

This is a hands‑on, varied position delivering a full range of electrical and FM tasks including:
- Lighting and alarm work
- Small installations
- Wiring and remedial tasks
- General building services and FM duties as required
You’ll have the freedom to manage your own day, working independently while being part of a supportive regional team.
- Qualified Electrician (18th Edition etc.)
- Experience in FM, maintenance, or events‑based environments
- Someone reliable, professional, and comfortable working across multiple sites
