We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Commercial Insurance Director. You will be working as part of an exciting and growing region across Haverhill.

So, what does the role of a Commercial Insurance Director involve?

This role is ideal for someone who loves fostering relationships and helping clients find the right insurance products to meet their needs. As a commercial director, you will:

• Lead a team of 8-10 ambitious Account Executives
• Mentor colleagues and support their personal development
• Drive our growth initiatives for the branch
• Lead retention efforts across our existing client portfolio
• Contribute to our placement strategy and insurer engagement

You will focus on growth, offering clients solutions from a diverse range of brands and products, with significant opportunities across the Ardonagh Group. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements for Account Executives, especially if a traditional 9-5 office schedule isn't suitable for you.
