Job summary
A UK-based client is seeking a Planning Development Manager in Essex for a 3-6 month contract. This role involves leading a team in processing planning applications and ensuring high-quality development management services. Additionally, the manager will represent the Council in meetings and serve as a point of contact for engagement with stakeholders. The position demands strong leadership and communication skills. The pay rate is £65/hr (umbrella).
Qualifications
- Established DM Manager with experience leading a development management team.
- Ability to oversee planning applications and enforcement function.
