About the Role

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of procurement services for the care and education sector. They are looking for a proactive and driven New Business Development Manager to generate new business and build lasting relationships with care homes, nurseries, and educational institutions.

You will be responsible for
  • Selling procurement services and solutions to new clients across the care and education sectors
  • Managing your own pipeline from lead generation through to contract close
  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to provide value-added solutions to clients
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
About You
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within services, procurement, or the care / education sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self‑motivated and target‑driven with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to work independently while managing a structured sales pipeline
