Corelight is seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Senior Product Designer who is passionate about solving complex problems—especially in the cybersecurity space.

We’re in the midst of a UX transformation—reimagining how security professionals navigate complexity, trust AI, and gain clarity from vast network data. If you're passionate about designing tools that combine technical power with intuitive, elegant user experiences, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences—from early concepts to production-ready designs.

Work in a fast-paced, iterative product development environment: moving fluidly from rough concepts to polished UI, guided by user insights.

Use Figma to create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design intent.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other UX team members to understand user needs and deliver thoughtful, feasible design solutions.

Drive the visual and interaction design across Corelight’s SaaS and platform products.

Conduct lightweight internal research and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover opportunities for improvement.

  • Clearly articulate user needs and design rationale, and advocate for the user in cross-functional discussions.

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

8+ years of experience in interaction or product design on complex, user-facing products.

Required: Experience designing for complex SaaS domains or enterprise applications.

Strong ability to design across platforms with examples of user flows, UI mockups, and working prototypes.

Proficiency with Figma for both interaction design and visual design.

Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and impact on shipped products (please include a viewable link or access instructions).

Preferred qualifications

Experience working on SOC tools or in the cybersecurity space (preferred but not required).

Experience designing products powered by GenAI, machine learning, or large-scale data.

Strong hybrid skills across interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.

Functional prototyping or front-end development skills are a plus.
