Pricing Analyst, Cyber

As a pricing analyst for the AXIS Global Cyber insurance team, this individual will support the Cyber insurance book. They will proactively engage with the broader Cyber Pricing team, Underwriting, and Data & Analytics colleagues to monitor the Global Cyber portfolio and implement new pricing initiatives.

What will you do in this role?

• Complete monthly and quarterly reporting processes, including renewal rate monitoring and premium adequacy
• Work closely with underwriters and wider pricing team to scope, build, develop, document and maintain rating models
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring analyses, work closely with underwriters to identify issues, discuss opportunities, assist in the development of action plans and monitor the impact on business
• Support selection of loss ratios in the financial plan, with consideration of business strategies, market conditions, mix of business, loss trend, loss costs and reinsurance structures
• Assist the Cyber Pricing team in establishing and maintaining tracking and monitoring processes to identify and communicate key insight emergence
• Be a point of contact for the UK Cyber Insurance Underwriting team with AdHoc requests including (but not limited to) account pricing, rating model support, KPI summaries, etc
• Assist with initiatives to streamline and automate reporting, including quarterly loss ratio analyses, monthly rate adequacy metrics, KPI dashboards
