Client Success, Senior Onboarding Manager - SCD
Location: Hybrid – UK (Remote)

Position:
BlueVoyant is looking for a Client Success, Senior Onboarding Manager - SCD to support our clients’ Supply Chain Defense deployment experience. You will be part of a fast-paced team with a mission to drive onboarding to maximize client service utility, and deliver a positive first experience with BlueVoyant before transitioning to steady-state delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and execute on all in-region SCD client deployments, from contract close to steady-state transition.
  2. Liaise closely with internal BV client stakeholders for post-sales knowledge transfer.
  3. Provide clear communication to internal and external stakeholders on project status, timelines, and blockers.
  4. Develop technical subject matter expertise on all SCD product lines, including Directed Remediation and Questionnaire capabilities.
  5. Coordinate deployment activities with other teams when delivering multi service-line engagements.
  6. Periodically support post-deployment activities that carry-over, such as company onboarding.
  7. Implement project standards across deployments for consistent service delivery.
  8. Ensure deployment issues are quickly resolved and help implement strategies and solutions to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
  9. Identify opportunities for process and onboarding innovation to improve the client deployment experience.
  10. Decommission any churned clients and close down account activity and access.
Required Competencies
  1. 5+ years of cyber security project management or deployment experience, preferably with a background in vendor-risk management, GRC, or third-party risk.
  2. Significant experience in client-facing roles preferred, including Client Success Managers with strong technical acumen.
  3. Excellent technical acumen and ability to learn new concepts and processes quickly.
  4. Able to prioritize a highly varied tasks to meet commitments.
  5. Advanced knowledge of cyber security business products, industry trends, and best practices.
  6. Ability to understand client business objectives and advise best practices.
  7. Understanding of BlueVoyant differentiators and ability to communicate our value.
  8. Ability to thrive in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  10. Excellent attention to detail.
  11. Willingness to be available and responsive to clients’ needs as required.
