Salary: £20,000 – 30,000 plus benefits

VoucherCart, a pioneering global technology business and market leader in their field based in city centre Edinburgh, is currently hiring a Customer Success Co‑ordinator on a permanent basis, and AJ Connect is thrilled to be working with them as the business looks to grow!

VoucherCart is revolutionising the way hotels, restaurants, spas, leisure, and retail enterprises offer their goods and services, resulting in increased income, new client acquisition, and customer retention.

You’ll be part of a brilliant multi-disciplinary team at their headquarters, focusing on customer connections, onboarding, technical, content production, and marketing.

The office is energetic, lively, and fast‑paced. They all share in the excitement, the success of the team, and the growth of the overall business. There are no rules and no egos!

This is an interesting and varied role that will put your abilities to good use in the following areas:
  • Liaising with clients during onboarding advising and assisting with account configuration and set‑up
  • Customer on-boarding (Help with Payment Gateway Connection, Voucher and Voucher Sales Page config./Styling and website connectivity)
  • Making recommendations to their valued clients to help drive revenue growth
  • Postal Voucher Fulfilment (Full responsibility for Stock ordering and daily Print, Pack and Dispatch)
  • Case Study & Testimonial Production (organising and recording client interviews and building case study portfolio)
  • Recording system features/functions for video guides

Self‑motivated, energetic, and passionate individuals who are highly ambitious and comfortable with technology are ideal candidates for this position.

You’ll be doing everything from communications to client relations and onboarding to office administration, so you’ll be a flexible and capable all‑rounder. You should have some business and commercial knowledge specific to at least one of the following market sectors:

  • Hotels
  • Restaurants
  • Spa, Health and Wellbeing
  • Leisure

You may be allocated to one or more of the following regions – EMEA, Australasia, Asia Pacific, North America.

The ideal candidate will be:
  • Articulate, Confident, and Polite with a professional manner.
  • A graduate with a Technical and/or Marketing bias qualification(s).
  • Computer literate, you’ll be confident with the web, software, and the technology of eCommerce and online sales.
  • Capable of conducting screen share demos and webinars on your own with clients internationally (and often to hundreds of attendees as part of VoucherCart webinar team).
  • Highly driven and focussed comfortable working on your own initiative and taking ownership for delivery of targets.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to high standards/quality of customer service.
  • Creative writing skills. You will also be responsible for the production of customer testimonials, case studies and other relevant content for the Social Media Team.
  • Knowledge of Hotels, Restaurants, Spa/Beauty and Leisure Sectors.
  • A Sales & Marketing skillset and/or technical/commercial qualification bias.
Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Onboarding and account management of new clients.
  • Outbound prospecting and boarding of new customers.
  • Attending and hosting customer training screen‑shares and webinars.
  • Maintaining good communication with customers in relation to the specific voucher sales needs and advising on sales strategies for their full working year.
  • Contacting and boarding of pre‑qualified prospects gathered via direct sign‑up, Inbound Tel/email enquiry DM/other.
  • Reporting horizontal/vertical scaling opportunities to Regional Manager.
  • Postal Fulfilment.
  • Creative writing (Content, Articles, Case Studies & Testimonials).
