A leading online supermarket is seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to spearhead marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and engagement. This role requires significant experience in brand marketing within consumer sectors, leading teams, managing large budgets, and working creatively with agencies. The Brand Marketing Lead is a critical role responsible for leading and executing the marketing initiatives that will deliver our brand strategy—increasing awareness, consideration, and ‘brand love.’ You will directly manage the teams that bring our brand to life through above-the-line (ATL) advertising, editorial content, and brand marketing partnerships, implementing creative and bold activity that helps Ocado to cut through and stand out from the crowd. Equally you will collaborate across the business to drive a variety of brand initiatives.
