A healthcare trust in Lincolnshire is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Digital Transformation Programme. Responsibilities include project management, governance, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has experience managing digital projects and possesses a PRINCE2 qualification. This role offers a full-time contract with a salary range of £47,810 to £54,710 per annum.
Job summary: United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) is undergoing change to support the delivery of its vision and strategic objectives. The Senior Project Manager will support the Digital Transformation Programme Manager to deliver the EPR transformation programme and be responsible for managing and delivering specific projects within it. The successful candidate will be supported through appraisal, objective setting and personal development, and will work with internal Trust delivery teams as well as third party suppliers and partners whilst representing Digital Services. The role requires managing all aspects of project governance using PRINCE2 methodology. The candidate should be highly motivated, possess a current professional qualification (e.g., PRINCE2), have relevant experience and evidence of delivering IT infrastructure projects, and be willing to travel between all Trust sites.

Lincoln Hospital is a thriving university city with a new medical school providing major specialties and 24-hour emergency services. United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust has teaching hospital status under the Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG), bringing the Trusts together under a single Board while retaining separate statutory names and obligations. The Group aims to improve patient care across Lincolnshire.
Locations include Pilgrim Hospital (South Lincolnshire), Grantham and District Hospital, and other Trust sites. The Group is known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
