Role

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting an HR assistant at a large, national law firm in Birmingham city centre. This is a brilliant opportunity for HR assistants to progress in their careers.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the whole employee life-cycle
  • Uploading new employers to the HR system and compiling new starter paperwork
  • Responding to HR queries to staff across the business
  • Understanding HR policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Strong team player who is highly organised
  • Previous HR experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • CIPD level 3 desired not essential
