What You Will Do:

1. Lead the delivery of the Design Vision from concept to production, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
2. Coordinate all Vehicle Design activities in line with the company's creative and business priorities.
3. Implement Agile Ways of Working to constantly improve team performance.
4. Manage project timings, risk and issue resolution, cost, and resource systems.
5. Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and expertise across various departments.
6. Drive process improvement initiatives within the Vehicle Design Programme Management team.

What You Will Bring:

1. Proven experience in a Design Studio environment, supporting the creative development process through to delivery.
2. Strong project management skills, with a track record of planning, monitoring, and delivering projects.
3. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence others at all levels.
4. Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and change management.
5. Experience with Agile ways of working and JIRA experience is preferred.
