Are you a Salesforce Project Manager with a track record of delivering successful implementations? Looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? We’re working with a leading professional services firm that’s looking to bring in a Salesforce Project Manager to join their growing digital transformation team immediately.

The Role

As Salesforce Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on multiple Salesforce projects — from initial scoping and stakeholder engagement through to delivery, adoption, and post-go-live support. You’ll work closely with internal teams, Salesforce partners, and end clients to ensure the smooth rollout of Salesforce solutions that truly make an impact.

You’ll manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across a portfolio of projects while also playing a key role in shaping best practices within the project delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects
Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, delivery teams, and third-party vendors
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Manage project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones
Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes
Drive user adoption and change management alongside technical delivery
Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, consultants, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience delivering Salesforce CRM projects (ideally in professional services or similar client-facing environments)
Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a strong plus
