Senior Care Assistant — Elevate Resident Wellbeing
Job summary
A leading care provider in Sevenoaks is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support a high standard of personal care for residents. You will monitor each resident's wellbeing and be involved in care planning, medication support, and communication with families and professionals. The ideal candidate will have NVQ 3 in care, two years of similar experience, and effective communication skills. This full-time position offers a salary of £14.70 an hour and is located at Avery Healthcare, Chipstead, TN13 2PZ.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the wellbeing of each resident.
- Ensure written records reflect any variations in care.
- Support residents with their medication requirements.
- Act as a key contact for residents and their relatives.
