Job summary

A leading care provider in Sevenoaks is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support a high standard of personal care for residents. You will monitor each resident's wellbeing and be involved in care planning, medication support, and communication with families and professionals. The ideal candidate will have NVQ 3 in care, two years of similar experience, and effective communication skills. Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the wellbeing of each resident.
• Ensure written records reflect any variations in care.
