A reputable property developer near Exeter is seeking a Senior Sales Executive / Business Development professional. You will sell beautiful new homes and engage with customers, delivering exceptional experiences. The right candidate has a strong B2C sales background and ideally experience in new homes sales. A full UK driving license is essential. This role offers a competitive salary, excellent commission structure, and the opportunity for real career progression in a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities
- Guide buyers through their journey from enquiry to completion.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences during tours and viewings.
- Manage enquiries and follow up leads to grow the sales pipeline.
- Report progress to the Head of Sales and contribute to development success.
