LeadBIgovernanceacrosscentralizedandfederatedteams:ownershipmatrices,accesscontrols,developmentstandards,peerreview,andreleaseprocesses.
Partnerwithmerchandising,demand/inventoryplanning,logistics,andengineeringtoprioritizeanalyticswork,translatebusinessproblemsintomeasurableprojects,anddriveadoption.
Mentorandgrowanalysts/engineers,runhiringandperformanceprocesses,andenablebusinessusersthroughtraining,templates,andself-servepatternswhileensuringtrustedBIassets.
8-10yearsinanalytics/BIwithstronghands-ondashboarddevelopmentand3+yearsofpeopleleadership(managinganalysts/engineersormanagers).
ExpertSQLandanalyticmodelingskills;productionexperiencebuildingdashboardsinSigma(orsimilartoolssuchasLooker,Tableau,orPowerBI).
Practicalexperiencewithmoderncloudanalyticsstacks(Snowflake)andanalyticsengineeringpractices/tools(dbt,Airflow,orequivalent).
Proventrackrecorddeliveringretailandsupply-chainanalytics(inventoryplanning,forecastaccuracy,allocation,OTIF)andimplementingBIgovernanceinfederatedenvironments.
Excellentstakeholdermanagementandcommunication;abletosetroadmaps/OKRs,measureimpact,andbalancehands-ondeliverywithstrategicleadership.
