- Annual salary up to £65,000 DOE

- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm

- Leading the Sales and Marketing Team daily, ensuring high-quality and timely task delivery
- Creating paid social media videos
- Owning main marketing channels, including the company website and lead conversion, and managing social media and event activities
- Developing staff skills within the Sales and Marketing team, setting achievable KPIs and Personal Development Plans
- Generating new marketing ideas and initiatives
- Supporting SEO, PPC advertising, website technical and creative projects
- Experience in a similar role within the property sector
- Proven lead generation skills
- Graphic design and video editing skills
- Experience with SEO, PPC, Paid advertising, Analytics, SEM, Metrics
- Budget management ability
- Effective communication with external stakeholders, clients, and PR
