Job summary

An organization supporting neurodiversity based in Belfast seeks a Marketing, Quality and Business Process Support Worker to assist in delivering services tailored for neurodivergent individuals. The ideal candidate should have 3 A levels or equivalent and a strong interest in Autism and related conditions. Responsibilities include social media support, customer service, and liaising with stakeholders. This position offers flexible working hours of up to 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in Autism and/or neurodivergent conditions.
• Willingness to undertake training as needed.
• Flexible to work outside normal working hours on occasions.

Responsibilities

• Representing the company at career fairs.
• Providing social media support regarding neurodiversity.
• Responding to customer inquiries online and in person.
• Supporting programme delivery and collating updates.

Skills

Organisational skills

Knowledge of MS Office programs

Social media skills

Ability to work independently

Experience in the VCSE sector

Detail-oriented

Education

3 A levels (C grade or higher) or equivalent
